We fished south Thursday and Friday in search for upper slot reds. The first red was 33 inches on a popping cork and soft plastic combo. We saw several reds in our first spot but they were finicky on the low water. We Caught a few more over slots and small slots in a creek. Then we finished up at our original spot where we wacked two upper slots on topwater to end the day. On Friday we fished a different piece of water and stuck a trout, flatty, blue, and pulled a red. Then we hit our a spot and wacked two perfect slots. Fished a handful of other flats and stuck a few more reds of All sizes. Hopefully they will be there on game day next weekend.
