The fishing has been great this winter. We have been fishing large schools of reds willing to eat from Southport to Swansboro and everywhere in between. Have had several 30-50 fish days the past couple of months. Soft and hard plastic baits have been the ticket. On some days the reds r feeding so aggressively they r wacking lures on top, waking behind the lure and inhaling it. This is by far the funnest time of year to sight fish, nothing beats clear water and big schools of reds. I also, want to thank all of you that attended the fishemans post fishing school in Wilmington, NC. I enjoyed meeting all of you folks that attended my seminars and hope you learned something that will help you catch more fish this season! Capt Ren
