Fishing has been good when the winds lay down and weather cooperates. We have had some very productive days over the past two weeks with some great sight fishing. Two out of the past three trips have yielded inshore slams (trout, redfish, and flounder). The flounder have been pretty rare for this time of year as the past three we have caught were legal. Usually we are catching shorts this time of year on the flats. The trout have been really shallow and good sized. Most have been in the 20" range. The redfish bite has been pretty good with fish ranging from 16" to over slots. Stripers are still around in good numbers as well.
